Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

The spacious apartment is fully self contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette and terrace. A Large Pool,Table-Tennis and Petanca are on the property.

The area is great for people that want beach, nature and cultural experiences away from the tourist crowds. Enjoy a stress-free village close to the sea while visiting beautiful Granada or Málaga, hiking in Sierra Nevada or exploring the Almería coast.

Todo lo que necesitas está cerca: a 50 métros del mar y 200 metros de un supermercado, а 5 min de la playa y abajo hay unos buenos restaurantes. Los apartamentos han sido recientemente renovados y equipados con todo lo que hará que su estancia sea cómoda. Y la vista desde la terraza al parque y al mar te dará buen humor y ganas de volver.

A south facing, modern, top floor, two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with parking. The apartment is well equipped and has two terraces with beautiful views of the golf course and mediterranean sea from the front terrace. A communal pool is normally available for use mid June to mid September. The apartment is located within walking distance (15-20 minutes) of the marina complex, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches.
