Quiet, in the countryside, spacious house located 5 minutes from downtown Pont-Scorff. Sometimes you have cows as neighbors, often birds singing in the early morning... From Pont-Scorff you can travel all over southern Brittany (from Vannes to Quimper) Lorient 15 minutes away with the Cité de la Voile and departures for the island of Groix. Small renovated farmhouse with modern interior and charm of the old stone. Located in a hamlet 5 min by car from the beach and the village. Walking pond. 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds (width 80) that can be combined into a double bed. Shower. Linens and towels provided. Pleasant walled garden with table and garden furniture. Hiking spots, surfing, paddleboarding, kite riding, mountain biking ... Work space available upon request.

L'Épée is a lovely and cosy cottage perfect for a couple. This holiday home is equipped with a living and dining room a full kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. On the first floor you will find a very spacious bedroom with a queen size bed and also a day bed making this house available to accomodate up to three people. Charming farmhouse surrounded by greenery in the countryside. A peaceful oasis. Ideal for relaxing, offering a pleasant garden despite being under construction, as well as its Nordic bath. Quistinic is a town rich in heritage thanks to its old stones and hiking trails. As well as the towpath, which runs along the river, crossing towns and hamlets in both directions. The population is very welcoming.
