Old Gardener’s House – a waterside paradise

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Verkehrsgünstig aber ruhig gelegen lädt der Hof "Torhaus Warnau" und seine Menschen und Tiere dazu ein, schöne Tage in ländlicher Umgebung zu verbringen. Unser Apartment ist gemütlich, klein aber luftig und hell, praktisch und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auf dem Hof gibt es viel zu entdecken; die zauberhafte Umgebung lädt zu tollen Ausflügen ein.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small vacation home is located in the tranquil village of Löptin. The open kitchen with the old farm table invites you to cozy evenings with food and games. In the living room overlooking the terrace and garden you can linger while watching TV or reading a good book. The sleeping area with three beds under the roof can be reached via a small space-saving staircase. Bed linen and towels for a fee of €13 per person.

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. The house is situated in the nature reserve in Holstein Switzerland. Several lakes are within 5 km, and the Baltic Sea is 1/2 hour by car. In the garden there is a small children's playground (sandbox with sand toys, small trampoline, swing, small slide, climbing frame). Under the apple trees there is space to place the available tables, chairs, loungers. A barbecue is available for our guests.

Das Lindenhaus mit eigenem großen Garten und schöner Terrasse liegt in dem idyllischen Dorf Güldenstein mit weitem Blick über die umliegenden Felder. Neben Küche, Wohn- / Esszimmer, Gäste-WC und HWR teilen sich im EG ein Doppel- und ein Zweibettzimmer ein Duschbad. Im OG gibt es fünf Doppelbett-Zimmer, jeweils mit einem Duschbad en-suite.

Only 1.5 km to the train station & center bus stops in the immediate vicinity and yet quiet, as it is located in a beautiful backyard. All rooms have electric exterior blinds for more privacy. The sun can be enjoyed on the balcony from noon.
