Hello, I present to you my main house (therefore fully equipped). 90 m2 house + 1 30 m2 apartment in the garden, 2 independent spaces, 2 bedrooms, 3 double beds + 2 single beds (the mattresses are new). The 2 living rooms are equipped with a sofa that converts into a real bed (new). The heating system is a pellet stove and radiators, the kitchens are all equipped, cooking utensils with range and American fridge (water/ice cube). 0 cleaning fee, leave clean.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

To embellish your holidays the long walks in the forest, on foot or by bike on the bike paths, the nearby ports (10km), the discovery of nature by boat on the Poitevin marsh (5km), the historical heritage (castles) and prehistoric, the famous Puy du fou 1h drive.
