The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. NOTE: Bring your own bed linen/towels, or rent them when you book.

In addition to the water park, the holiday center has a grocery store, restaurants, ice rink, playground, bowling, mini golf, and cinema. These can be used for a fee. The Kavalierhaus is located opposite the Marstall and has a large garden with a gazebo, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building was recently lovingly restored. On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with a separate pantry, a study, a large living room with a fireplace, two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs there are 7 double rooms and 1 single room, as well as 4 bathrooms.
