Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

We offer our fresh guest house with sleeping loft (not standing height). Large cabin/living room with sofa bed and dining area for six people. Bedroom with double bed and tiled bathroom with washing/drying machine. Breakfast tray can be offered. We have 4 bikes to borrow. Here is close to Lycke golf club, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta with touring for Icelandic horses. Nature reserve, swimming and fishing. The archipelago around the area is perfect for canoeing and kayaking. Marstrand only 15 minutes by car and 35 minutes to Gothenburg.

We are happy to invite you to our exclusive summer villa on the west coast of Sweden. The villa is perfectly located near Marstrand, Kungälv, Gothenburg and of course the ocean. The villa has everything you need for 6 persons. It is decorated in a white luxurious style with a big terass and a nice garden to play with your children in. Sit in the big livingroom and enyoy the dinner while looking at the fire in the stove. Then take the car and swim in the ocean. Welcome to our dream house!

Rörtången ligger i närheten (ca 1-2km) med brygga, glasskiosk & båtturer. Området bjuder på fantastiska utsiksplatser, hav och lekplats med fotbollsmål, gungor mm. Koppla av med hela familjen eller vännerna i detta fridfulla gästhus som ligger på vår gård. Nära till naturen med vilda djur runt husknuten. Nära till hav, sjö och shopping. Bo på landet men med ett stenkast från centrum. 25 minuter från Göteborg! Vakna upp med morgonsolen, ta en kaffe på altanen och njut av fåglarnas kvitter. Ta en tur i skogen som är berikad med bär, svamp och mysiga stigar. Avnjut middag i solnedgången! Möjlighet att ladda elbil över natten till en kostnad på 100 SEK

Summer idyll Lahälla 410

Välkommen till Lahälla och ett fint hus på stor tomt i fridfullt område. Från altanen ser du havet, på naturtomten finns utemöbler och grillplats. Oavsett väder kan du njuta av den inglasade uteplatsen där du till och med kan tända en brasa till kvällen. I området och på gångavstång ligger också Skåra Gårds Bageri, ett hantverksbageri med surdegsbröd, goda bakverk och alkoholtillstånd öppet torsdag - söndag. Havsvik med bad på gångavstånd. Flera golfbanor och Marstrand i närområdet.

Welcome to a stylish seaside escape with ocean views, a wood‑fired hot tub and sauna – designed for peace and relaxation. The Black House features two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house is priced for two guests. When booking for 5–6 guests, a separate guest house is also included, providing extra comfort and privacy.

In the room there is a double bed that is made up for you. It is also possible to sleep well in the sofa bed in a separate part. You each have a bathrobe and a large comfortable bath towel for saltwater bathing as well as shower towels. There is a coffee machine and carbonated water for free access.
