We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Here is close to Lycke golf club, Tofta Herrgård, Stall Tofta with touring for Icelandic horses. Nature reserve, swimming and fishing. The archipelago around the area is perfect for canoeing and kayaking. Marstrand only 15 minutes by car and 35 minutes to Gothenburg.

The villa has everything you need for 6 persons. It is decorated in a white luxurious style with a big terass and a nice garden to play with your children in. Oavsett väder kan du njuta av den inglasade uteplatsen där du till och med kan tända en brasa till kvällen. I området och på gångavstång ligger också Skåra Gårds Bageri, ett hantverksbageri med surdegsbröd, goda bakverk och alkoholtillstånd öppet torsdag - söndag. Havsvik med bad på gångavstånd.
