Cozy 19th century cottage, on the river bank

Lovely cottage from the 19th century with exposed beams and original tiles. Large garden, near the river with a barbecue area and garden furniture. Quiet environment in the countryside, all commodities, supermarkets, boulangeries as well as local towns markets are 5 minutes away. A lovely summer restaurant by the river is within short distance. Various hiking and cycling trails nearby ("La Loire à vélo" goes nearby our house), as well as vineyards and castles to visit. Performing wifi.

In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate.
