Our charming house is located in the peaceful countryside of Guipry-Messac, 4.4 km from the city center in the 35th department in Brittany, our house is the perfect base from which to explore the local area. Only 7 km from the Lohéac car village, 30 km from the Rennes exhibition center in Bruz, and 35 km from the city of Rennes, you will have easy access to local attractions. The Breton coast is only 1.5 hours away, and the Vilaine towpath is accessible 3 km away.

Located in the heart of a 6000 m2 wooded park, our cottage will charm you with its calm. The kitchen is open to a living room with exposed stones where a good fire will warm you in the large fireplace (wood provided). Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a dressing room. The south-facing terrace and large garden are conducive to relaxation, barbecues and outdoor games. Observe deer and birds in this green setting, ideal for families and nature lovers.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Come and discover our 90 m² accommodation, completely renovated and located in the heart of Lohéac. A non-adjacent shared garden of 300 m2 located 50 meters from the accommodation is available for guests: barbecue, table, chairs and deckchairs are there. Linens (sheets, towels) and cleaning are optional. The property can accommodate up to 11 adults, plus babies.
