A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. With rapidly changing weather boats or jet skis can’t be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

We are located in an ideal spot on Seneca, with over 25 wineries on the East side of the lake, a golf course, you-pick fruit & flower farms, and 7 beautiful State Parks nearby! Though spending time lounging on the deck, dock, or in the huge hammock may be our favorite lake activity! Our 50ft of frontage is perfect for swimming! We recommend walking to the Lodi State Park, (~ .5 mile) it’s scenic and has a great playground! The house is spacious and bright, and we look forward to welcoming you!

It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

Come enjoy our newly renovated 200 Year old Farm House. Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country on beautiful Seneca Lake. You'll enjoy the warm and cozy décor along with 2 master suites, 2 single bedrooms. One adjoining to the upstairs master bedroom. Steep and short staircase is part of the old farm house charm. Sip your morning coffee in a rocking chair, under the wrap around porch, overlooking the lake.

A large dock offers a relaxing spot to take in the view or jump in the lake with direct, private access right next to the house. The home is tucked away behind one of the area's finest wineries on a private road, with a limited number of neighboring houses.
