Caprock Canyon State Park has amazing scenery, only 20 minutes away and Lake Mackenzie is 12 minutes from the park. We have WIFI, a bathhouse, and a full-service laundry facility. The Little House is nestled in a quiet and kind neighborhood, and it's conveniently located near several restaurants, grocery stores, a bus line to Texas Tech, the loop, and more!

Backyard has a grand tree, providing plenty of shade for any outdoor activities. Two car carport located in backyard.

This is a private country setting that is quiet. This trailer has it’s own separate entrance with a big concrete pad, table and chairs, with umbrella. It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.
