Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Het Vogelhuisje is located in one of the quietest spots in the Bosrijk Ruighenrode nature park. You can almost always see squirrels and birds in the secluded garden. Three of the four bedrooms, a bathroom (the shower is in the bath) and a separate toilet are on the ground floor. The luxurious upstairs bathroom has an infrared sauna and a shower/steam cabin. The cottage is child-friendly and spacious. Fine towels, bedding and many basic amenities are provided. The cottage is pet-free.

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a 1.80 wide bed with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of approximately 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. There are no other general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is adjacent to a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed available to store 2 bicycles if necessary.

The Kleine Huuske is a small but complete cottage in our garden. You sleep in a cozy bedstee and wake up in the morning to birdsong. The cottage has a small kitchen that is equipped with an induction hob and a small oven for baking rolls in the morning, for example. There is free WiFi, and a TV with Chromecast so you can watch your own series. Outside, there is a terrace with two chairs, a table and possibly a fire pit.

Set in its own small woodlands and bordered by two meadows, our much loved family holiday home is ideal for all kinds of holidaymaker. Its three bedrooms have good storage and comfortable beds. A spacious shower room, with ample hot water to freshen up before dinner or a drink in the living room. Lounge on one of two sofas in front of the open fire. Prepare dinner in the open plan kitchen and eat in the custom dining corner.

The 4-person guesthouse with heated swimming pool is comfortably and luxuriously furnished and very quietly located in the yard of our old farmhouse (1890). It is directly adjacent to the beautiful wooded estate Verwolde. Our holiday home is suitable for couples and families (with kids).It is a nice rural holiday home with lots of nice walking, biking and fishing opportunities. A place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
