All the rooms have a view that dominates the Matanzas ravine and the sea in the distance. You can also park your vehicle next to the cabin.

In the area near the parking lot is the hot tub and a space with a stove, all with spectacular views. The place is ideal for water sports: Surfing, Kite surfing, Wind surfing, Wind Foil and also for mountain biking and e-biking with incredible tracks on hills surrounded by pine trees.

Its name comes from the stunning view of 3 of the main spots in the area: Matanzas, Las Brisas and "Roca Cuadrada". The house is on a surface of 8.744 s.q.m area and located above at 100 meters over the sea level.
