Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Summary Garden-level apartment suite, approximately 800 SF, with a living room, 3/4 bath, and 2 private queen bed bedrooms, in lower level of main house. Your own private entrance (locked with a dead bolt key pad) and a small patio area for enjoying our wonderful sunshine, patio space available and large backyard. Come and go as you please and park your car in front of our house or in front of the mailbox. House is on a cul-de-sac, so low traffic. Driveway parking negotiable.
