Backyard has lawn furniture and a table to enjoy a meal outside or the evening shade. NO pets/animals. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only. These rules make it comfortable for all guests. This is a private country setting that is quiet. This trailer has it’s own separate entrance with a big concrete pad, table and chairs, with umbrella. It is 12 minutes from Texas Tech and 9 minutes from LCU. There is a full supermarket 6 minutes away. Convenience store 2 miles away. Levelland is 20 miles away and Shallowater is 8 miles away.

Arbor Bunkhouse

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis surrounded by trees. Share the garden and orchard when in season. Corrals available for those with horses for an additional charge of $10 per horse, per night. The corrals have water available and a small shed. Payment for corrals would be done through Airbnb as an added charge.
