Rated two stars by Gîtes de France, the 35 m2 1-bedroom apartment consists of a small bedroom with a 160 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette, two-seater sofa, TV, air conditioning, dressing room, 10 m2 covered terrace, 8 m2 bike storage, washing machine, BBQ. This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. The cottage is non-smoking, bedding and towels are provided as well as a breakfast tray with a Krups coffee machine, "Nespresso" pods, infusion and tea, sugar, cupcakes, bottled water.

CABANE PERCHEE

Unique 10 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, hut perched on stilts, made by the owner. Built with respect for nature, you will be seduced by its terrace of 25m2 in which an oak seems to emerge from nowhere and offers its foliage as a roof. The Cabin is built on the family property located just outside Capbreton, where we welcome our family every summer in a warm and friendly atmosphere. You will not be isolated but completely independent.

A completely refurbished old residential cottage on fenced and private land with quiet oaks, close to the beaches of Mimizan(12 km), golf, Lake Ste Eulalie (4 km), bike paths and shops. Ideal for all types of stays whether alone, as a couple and/or small family (with a baby you can put an umbrella bed in it) and there is a driver. It is fully equipped. L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a fust, a raw wood structure located at the outlet of a small village . It was entirely done by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities. The setting is rural, on a wooded plot not far from the forest. The maisonette is located on part of the hosts' land and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it not overlooked.
