Modern apartment overlooking the mountains right in the center. The apartment is freshly renovated, situated on the 10th floor (with an elevator), which guarantees peace and at the same time a wonderful panoramic view of the mountains. The apartment is perfect for a couple, family and a smaller group of people. Located right in the city center - everything you need is at your fingertips – shops, cafes, restaurants. Bus and train station just across the road, city center 5 minutes walk. If you are looking for comfort, location and views, this apartment is perfect for you!

Come visit the most beautiful region in Slovakia - Liptov. We welcome you to stay in our beautiful house, which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen and living room. There’s a wood burning fireplace in the living room. Kids will certainly enjoy playing with many toys and board games or XBOX ONE. The property is fenced in so kids can run around while you enjoy outdoor fireplace or barbecue. As the house is in a residential area, you may notice some street noise.

The apartment is situated in a quiet area with a garden and park view, approx. 5 min. walk from the main station (train, bus, ski bus) and 5 min. to the city center. It is an ideal place for day trips and night city. You can park your car on the street next to the building. Towels and bed linen are included. Respect for neighbors is essential (no parties, smoking inside, noise, etc.). I do not provide a residence visa.
