The location offers great opportunities for mountain hiking, cycling trails as well as exploring history and monuments. Parking in a private yard and the possibility of sitting in a beautiful garden.

Main pedestrian street Národná with lot of budget meals is 3 minutes on foot, it leads to Mirage Shoping Center with McDonald's, shops and cinema. Transport hub makes it easy to visit attractions. The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

Modern studio with balcony in a new building

I offer a new, cozy apartment in the city district of Priekopa. Nearby there are grocery stores, restaurant, wine shop, train station. Nearby is the Fire Museum and SIM Area. In summer, there is a possibility to visit the swimming pool in Vrútki or a few km away by the Lipovec lakes. UVEA Mediklinik Eye Clinic is just 10 minutes' walk away. You can get to companies like VW, ECCO, MAR SK, GGB Slovakia in about 8 minutes by car. Free parking is available right in front of the panel.

Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

Our wooden cabin is situated between two rivers. So it is a wonderfull and very peacefull place to stay. Downstair, there is a main room, with modern kitchen, fridge, washing machine, diswasher machine... there is a fireplace, that can heat whole cabin. The large terace is great place where you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. the garden and surounding is a really great place for kids. and if the weather will be bad, thay will maybe happy from swing low in the cabin... :-)

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
