Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

Charming new construction in desirable north end of town. Quiet neighborhood. The listing is the 1st floor of a 2 family home. The owner (me) lives above. The large front porch greets you on arrival. Inviting, airy and bright open floor plan. One queen size bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. Pack and play in the closet. Air mattress on request.
