This room offers easy access to the front door. On the first floor is a public bathroom for the Barn Cafe and the third floor. Pet Policy: Dogs only. $50 per dog per night.

A bright, cheery and spacious room located on the first floor of the main house. This room has nice views out toward the islands, lighthouses and open ocean as well as a private balcony that overlooks the inner harbor and Commercial Street. This room has a king sized bed, heat, air-conditioning, alarm clock, fan, 43 Smart TV, and ambient lighting. This room has a full private bathroom with tub/shower combination.

With southern and westerly views, this room is believed to be the original owner’s bedroom, when the house was built in 1865. This newly renovated and refreshed guest room features beautiful harbor views, a wet room bathroom complete with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, dual vanities, a seating area, a refrigerator, and more. This two-room two queen bed handicap accessible unit is located on the second floor (street level, no stairs) of our Main Inn Building with a private double balcony at the Tugboat Inn.
