Lunden - Cabin by the lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay overlooking Lake Lysevatten. Paddle a canoe, have a sauna evening and enjoy. A stage of the Bohusleden trail is nearby. In Stenungsund, on Tjörn and Orust, there are many excursion destinations. You can, for example, fish for crabs in the sea, take a boat to Åstol, visit Göksäter on Orust, hike the Bohusleden etc. Departure cleaning is done by the guest, checklist for cleaning and materials are provided in the cottage. It is possible to book departure cleaning, subject to time, at a cost of SEK 1,200.

Cozy and modern cottage of 30 sqm with lake view of beautiful Bodasjön with private rowing boat and shared access to jetty with swimming raft. In the living room, there is a sofa, kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the two panoramic windows above the sink provide a lovely view. Separate bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine with dryer, towel dryer and underfloor heating. A sleeping loft suitable for children and a sofa bed are available in the cottage.

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

The house is only 5 km from Gothenburg, with easy connection via the E45 that allows you to reach the city's pulse in about 40 minutes by car. With only 30 minutes to the west coast's beautiful beaches, the accommodation offers the best of both worlds – proximity to the sea and the tranquility of nature right at your doorstep. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a pleasant garden suitable for both relaxation and play. Cats and chickens are in the yard.

My place is right on the beach in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the lakeside and nature location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Apartment for weekly commuters

Newly-built apartment on the upper floor of a garage of about 60 sqm, so no risk of noise. Ideal for those who commute weekly and are tired of hotels. Here you can cook your own food and take lovely walks on the hiking trails around. Right next door is a lighted walking trail and a couple of kilometers above us is a lovely swimming lake. The apartment has its own private entrance and microwave and stove are available. There is one bedroom with two beds and in the living room there is a sofa bed.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

In the basement under the terrace is a guest apartment with private entrance, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and beautiful lake view from the bed.
