Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården next to Nordmarksberg Manor: 19th century or older. In this farm the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – d. 1790) is said to have lived. On a stone in the foundation of the courtyard should be a carving with Nils name. Picture of this stone can be found in the Värmland archive's foot archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present. It's probably hidden by mortar covered over the rocks.

There is a new kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, good central heating and the house is well insulated. The house is quite central in Hagfors (about 5 minutes drive from the centre) and is also close to beautiful hiking area and about 10 minutes drive from beautiful seaside resorts. There is a large enclosed back garden.

Mysigt litet hus i Dala-Järna, smidigt beläget i anslutning till E16 men i lugn omgivning med egen trädgård. Huset är 56m2 med ett rymligt kök med plats för gemenskap. Tillgång till äppelträd och hallonbuskar på sommaren. Huset har två sovrum varav ett med en 160cm bred säng (möjlighet att ta isär till två 80cm sängar) och ett mindre rum med en 90cm bred våningssäng. Badrummet med dusch och toalett har även tvättmaskin. Resesäng (barnsäng) finns, behov meddelas helst dagen innan ankomst.

Centraal gelegen accommodatie in een rustig dorp met geweldige wandel routes en meren om de hoek. Het dorp is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een supermarkt, tankstation en pizzaria op loopafstand. Het huis is geschikt voor 2 personen, maar in overleg uit te rusten met een kinderbed. Tevens is het huis gevuld met alles wat u maar nodig hebt. Ontbreekt er toch iets, vraag er dan gerust naar. De accomodatie is ook erg handig als tussenstop voor uw doorreis richting het noorden.

The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.
