Small cottage between land and sea

In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio apartment on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from around June 22nd to September 8th and is shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.

The interior design focused on comfort and modernity will add to your stay the pleasure of occupying this home.

A barn in Brittany

Our cottage, located right in the heart of the Rance Valley and Côte d’Emeraude Nature Park, is a former stable/barn, renovated in 2023, with a floor area of 70 m² over two storeys and adjoining our own home. It has all modern comforts, is very well insulated, and gets plenty of sunlight thanks to 3 south-facing Velux windows on the 1st floor. It's located in the centre of the village, close to shops and restaurants.

2 nights minimum, 3 nights at Easter and Pentecost Family gîte with 3 large bedrooms, each sleeping 4 people (12 beds in total), and 3 guest rooms in my main house (9 beds).
