Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 20 m2 studio, completely redone in July 2022. Located in the heart of old Hyères, the medieval city. You will be a 3-minute walk from points of interest, Place Massillon and its Templar's Tower. Going up a little you will reach the Villa Noailles and its magnificent gardens, and the castle of Hyères. Beaches and salt marshes are a 10-minute drive. Fan. WiFi (fiber) TV and DVD player. Not suitable for children and infants.

Several restaurants around and a nearby supermarket just next door with bread depot. Suitable for families for a stay by the sea . 2 large free car parks 2 steps away allow easy parking ( even in the middle of summer ). Electric charging stations near the apartment .
