There are many activities in summer: mountain biking, trail running, hiking, paddle boarding, swimming in the lake or river, climbing and in winter: skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating.

This apartment was renovated in 2023 to create a family atmosphere. A bar gives you the choice of having an extended aperitif while giving you the possibility of sitting down at the table later. The kitchen is modern and has a washer/dryer, a fridge, freezer, an oven, a hob with ventilation hood. Master bedroom = 1 large double bed. Second bedroom = 1 bed with 2 floors. The balcony = an appreciable view of the mountain. 1 parking space in the garage. Max. 2 adults (with 2 kids).

Sofa bed (new) with a quality slatted bed base and a very comfortable 22cm thick mattress to sleep like in a real bed. TV with Swisscom system (+200 channels), HD internet connection (wifi) included. In a small contemporary building, perched on the heights of Montreux (Territet district), about ten minutes' walk from transport (bus, train and pier), 80 M2 apartment, 2 and a half rooms (bedroom, large living room and integrated kitchen), southwest facing Lake Geneva. Accessible for people with reduced mobility (elevator) with private parking available. The apartment and terrace are non-smoking.
