Warm atmosphere for this 55 m2 2-room apartment, south-facing, courtyard side, in a recent luxury residence, labeled. Quiet and rest assured, 2 steps from the old port, market, train station, hospital, aquarium. A living room gives access to the open kitchen, which opens onto the south-facing balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The hallway with dressing room gives access to the bedroom (160 cm bed), to the bathroom with toilet. 2 bikes (deposit). Closed parking in the basement of the residence. 2 people only.

Very quiet, bright, equipped apartment but without Wi-Fi, 2nd floor, lift, loggia on garden, bike garage and free outdoor parking. Access to bike and walking paths. Walking distance: 35 minutes from the old port and 10 minutes from the beach, as well as grocery stores, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, sailing schools, and water sports equipment rentals (in high season). Sea and city buses nearby. "Yélo" self-service bike and electric vehicle station. Private underground parking space on request.

You live in a haven of peace with a south facing terrace, sea view overlooking a beautiful wooded park on the 5th with elevator. Private parking (rare on La Rochelle). Sea 500 meters away.
