Very bright, modern, 2 bedroom apartment (58 m2), rated 4* by Charentes Tourisme on 6/8/2023. This apartment consists of an entrance, living room, semi-open kitchen, bedroom, shower room. Special care is taken in the decoration and equipment of the apartment, to make you feel at home. Towels and bed sheets are provided. Parking is included in the rental. I provide you with the Vieux Port public parking card which gives you access to a free space.

In the city centre (Prefecture), this accommodation for 2 people, close to Rue Saint Jean du Perrot, where there are many restaurants as well as all the sites and amenities you may need, which makes it easy to plan your visits. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. Paid parking, 2-minute walk to harbor, the 3 Tours are very close and the aquarium too. Downtown on foot too. The Coursive is 50 metres away. Rue des remparts may be subject to a fee ⛔️
