A very cosy and spacious bedroom. Self catered. Separate entrance. Very quiet location, attached to a typical Swiss chalet. The Lodge is in front line facing the mountains, sight entirely released with breathtaking views over the Swiss Alps and its sunsets. Pleasant 25 m2 single-story studio in an old farmhouse typical of the valley. Views of the Mont Blanc range. In a quiet area a short walk to Chamonix. A parking space (uncovered) is available. The entrance to the studio is through a private courtyard. Located a 3-minute walk to the bus station (no need to use your car) free shuttles throughout the valley. 5 minutes from the start of the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 10 minutes from the city center and its shops.

The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
