S’ofereixen llençols i tovalloles inclosos en el servei. Per a estades superiors a una setmana s'ofereix neteja i canvi de llençols segons tarifa vigent. Tanto el apartamento Rissec como el Manol tienen a su disposición un pequeño rincón de lavandería, con lavadora, secadora, tabla de planchar con plancha y tendedero de ropa, accesible las 24 h.
