Short distance to small towns with restaurants, shops, bakery and fish shop with fresh seafood from local fishermen. Saltholmen with sandy beach, rocks, marina and coastal trail is only 7 mins by car. 5 min. to great golf course. It is 15 minutes to Fredrikstad and cozy old town, an experience in itself. The cabin is a perfect place for relaxing in the sun wall or by the Sea.

New large residential complex is being built in the area and is finished in autumn 25. There are shops restaurant and gym. Pets are unfortunately not possible to bring due to allergies.

Covered terrace with heating lamp, gas grill and not least a hot tub. Saltnes is known for its amazing sunsets, and here you get the stand space to enjoy both from the hot tub, under a roof on the terrace or from the sofa well buzzed into a blanket. We also have the coastal path not far away, which gives the opportunity for great trips in our nice village.
