All the amenities for a comfortable stay. The sports center and the "Lesnoy" restaurant are 400 m away. The complex has a swimming pool, SPA, and hammam: weekdays 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., weekends until 10:00 p.m. The cable car is 2 km away, and the center is a 15-minute walk through the forest. Nearby are the churches of Kecharis and St. Arutyun.

The attractive exterior of a wooden house is framed by lush greenery. A porch area is shaded by a sloped roof, and glass doors are prominently featured at the entrance. The combination of stone and colorful paving can be seen along the pathway.

This is not a city apartment or a luxury hotel it is a peaceful retreat where the view and tranquility are the true highlights. Because of the remote location, housekeeping staff must travel from Sevan City, making cleaning and maintenance more difficult and expensive than in urban areas.
