Τα κουφώματα είναι καινούρια και όλα τα παράθυρα διαθέτουν σίτα για τα κουνούπια. Το μπάνιο είναι ανακαινισμένο το 2023. Η κουζίνα είναι εξοπλισμένη για μαγείρεμα. Το σπίτι έχει μπαλκόνι με τραπέζι και καρέκλες και μικρό κήπο μπροστά. Στα 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει μπακάλικο.
