Welcome to my traditional house located in kalliopi village of Lemnos. The village is very close to beach keros ,famous for the watersports activities( surf, kite surf, sup,etc). It is a cozy studio with a comfortable space which consists a kitchenette, a bathroom and his own yard . Ideal for families with children and for surfers. Easy parking next to house. A cozy and quiet single-family home, tidy and with all the amenities (2 TVs, electric stove, solar water heater, air conditinon) but also a cozy terrace with a view of our beautiful garden to enjoy moments of relaxation. Nice and cozy house, ideal for families or a friends group. Fully-furnished and comfortable (smart TV, espresso machine) , located in the centre of the island . A beautifull yard with plants flowers and herbs to relax. Just 10 minutes away from beach and 15 from town.
