It is an old timber house that is over 100 years old. The house was renovated in 2024. The house has 2 floors. Beautiful view over the fjord from the window. Plenty of space inside and outside. Fagervika is a rural area located at the outlet of Ranfjorden. The house has a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. On the first floor there is a possibility for 1 sleeping place if needed. Boat and fishing are possible, but must be booked in advance. Large parking lot, 2 hiking trails, boat for rent. The hiking area "Brunnesset in Fagervika", German coastal fort.

The nearest grocery store is at Bunnpris and Coop Prix at Leland.

Her bor du landlig til samtidig som du har kort vei til butikker, kafé og andre fasiliteter. Kjøkken, oppholdsrom og soveplasser. Området byr på flotte turmuligheter, både i fjell og ved sjø. På sommeren kan du nyte midnattssola, og på vinteren er det gode sjanser for å se nordlys. Kort avstand til Sandnessjøen og Mosjøen, gir et fint utgangspunkt for å utforske Helgeland.

And you can regularly see birds, moose, and other wildlife by the river. There are also good hiking areas, ski tracks, and snowmobile trails. The cabin is located in Herringen, 18km outside the city centre. We have all basic facilities, WiFi, TV, toilet, heated floors, dishwasher, & washing machine.

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet på Nesna. Leiligheten ligger i tredje etasje og inneholder soverom, gang, bad og stue med et lite kjøkken. Det er ikke egen inngang, men dere disponerer hele etasjen alene. Om ønskelig kan vi sette klart brødmat og enkelt pålegg mot et tillegg i prisen (gi beskjed om dette er ønskelig). Om behøvelig kan også et gjesterom med dobbeltseng i andre etasje leies ut med et tillegg i prisen (kontakt oss om dette).
