Large relaxation and sports room with sauna, table tennis table, pool table, dart board and plenty of board games, and a shuffleboard and television plus WiFi. Experience the tranquility of the Naturpark Südeifel and the house with its many extras.

Le Vert Paysage-adults only is a charming and modern cottage located at the foot of the Hautes Fagnes, near the town of Malmedy. It's the perfect place for a relaxing, exotic stay in the countryside. We hope our guests will feel at home and make the most of everything our beautiful region has to offer.

La Maison de Fred is a beautiful accommodation for 4 people, cozy, where you will find everything you need to feel good. With its easy and private parking, a terrace overlooking large expanses of land bordered by forests, everything is planned to have a good time, in summer and in the heart of winter. Not far from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, the Hautes Fagnes and the American Monument of Baugnez, there is plenty to do for many days.

Our lovingly renovated vacation home offers a combination of traditional charm and modern comfort. We have taken care to preserve original building materials while integrating modern amenities such as our fully equipped kitchen and comfortable and stylish bedrooms. In addition, we did not want to forego wellness and so a beautiful sauna house with panoramic windows as well as an ice fountain are available for use.
