Good sunny outdoor areas, and gas barbecue. Various children's equipment; bed, chair, swing, sandpit, toys. Road all the way up (see other information). From the cabin there are many great hiking opportunities, kayaking, diving, fishing, etc. To Hanshelleren, which is a unique climbing area, it is about 4 km. 7 km from the cabin there is a shop with a good selection of goods and a restaurant.

Welcome to our guest house at Namsenfjorden. We are pleased that people enjoy their stay here on our farm. They give feedback that they find peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guest house it is nice to just be, or you can go in the woods, on the mountain, along the highway or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. Cozy waterfront house in Kjærsundet, 5 minutes from Lauvsnes city center where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is a grocery store nearby. The Zanzibar Inn restaurant is also located at the edge of the jetty. At Lauvsnes there is also a fast charger for electric cars. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hairdryer, etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Modern bathroom with shower and WC. Boat can also be rented by appointment.

We have started renovating the old house, but are not finished. Some things are missing before it's perfect, but we'd like to share this house with you. Quiet location in a building area. Only 5 min walk to city bus that runs every half hour and bus that runs every hour to Steinkjer. Nice hiking areas nearby, swimming area that is not too far from the airport. Good parking space

Hytta er fullt utstyrt og har eget bryggeområde som deles med tre gode nabohytter. Mulighet for fiske, sjøliv, bading, turterreng, kulturliv mm. Ti minutters gange til dagligvarebutikk. Eget sengetøy og håndduker medbringes. Hytta er selvbetjent og gjestene vasker ut selv, evt kjøp av utvask som tillegg.

Leiligheten passer godt for familier på 4-6 personer, par eller venninnegjenger som ønsker å nyte vår velværeavdeling (koster ekstra). Elbillading koster ekstra. On top of a rock in a peaceful area with few cabin neighbors, you will find the beautiful pearl in detached nature with good views of the sea and mountains.
