Cozy home in country but 10 mins from interstate
Home on corner lot. Big yard. Close to Nashville speedway. 10 mins from Walmart and lots of food choices. 28 mins from airport and 36 mins downtown Nashville. We do have a renter living in basement but they have seperate access. They have a golden doodle that is a big baby. Two bedrooms upstairs with queen bed’s. Full bathroom up there as well. Downstairs is master bedroom with master bath. Also half bathroom downstairs as well.
