Common entrance through the main house, (passage through the living room), this 40 m2 studio with private terrace overlooks the garden for aperitif or relaxation. 160 x 200 cm double bed, with TV sofa lounge area, dining area with bistro table, equipped kitchenette and private bathroom with toilet.

Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.
