Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

House located in a charming little village, quiet and pleasant, 7 km from Lion d'Angers and 8 km from Segré on the Angers Rennes road. Nearby greenways and walks along the towpath. Peaceful stay guaranteed, for business or leisure travel. 80 m² accommodation, independent, complete, refurbished, can accommodate up to 6 people, with 1 floor. Two cats share the environment, so no other pets are allowed. No smoking. No parties.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As one can say "small but cute" , indeed it is a one-room studio equipped with a 140x 90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.

Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
