Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

NEW management taken over by the owners, rating 4.77 with the former manager. Nice vacation home located 500 m from the beaches and the market, renovated in 2023, in a secure residence, with private parking space just in front of the house. The enclosed garden is accessible through a gate: you can store your bikes or rinse your feet when you return from the beach. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Real retreat, with its different patios and terraces in teak and stone. It is planted with a beautiful olive tree, bamboo, palm trees and other plants, giving it a very peaceful environment. It is quiet, village boundary, not opposite. The village center is 8 minutes walk away, the first beaches 12 minutes, 8 minutes bike ride (island fully served by bike paths)
