Come and recharge your batteries at the foot of the family ski resort of Laye and very close to the Gap Bayard golf course. We offer you a self-contained, single-storey, very comfortable cottage of almost 90m2 with a jacuzzi and a magnificent view of the Champsaur valley. The cottage has 2 bedrooms of 15m², a large, fully equipped living room/kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant, south-facing outdoor area with a shaded terrace, a green space, children's games and parking spaces.

This 20 m² cocoon nestled in the heart of nature is ideal for a couple looking for calm and disconnection. You will enjoy a private outdoor spa with panoramic views of the mountains and a comfortable interior combining wood and simplicity. A pond populated with fish brings a touch of freshness and poetry to the setting. This peaceful haven can be discovered and enjoyed all year round.

Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.
