In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. Up to 8 people. In this beautiful, design-drawn lake house, you can enjoy Jämtland's nature completely undisturbed. Relax, dive into the lake or why not put on cross-country skis outside the door in the winter? When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Approximately 20 minutes from Östersund & about 1 hour to Årefjällen or Bydalsfjällen. Made beds, towels & coffee can already be found in the house. (Car required) Interested in more service from us? Pleasant mountain farm stay with hot tub and sauna. Great hiking terrain just near the national park, and scooter trails in the winter.

Get away from the hectic everyday life and live under the stars. Swim in the pond, fish in the river or lake, hike in untouched nature or just relax in silence without neighbors. Here you can be on your own and disconnect. We do not have electricity at the mountain farm, but we have gas heating for water and a gas stove in the kitchen. In winter there is no road to the cabin, but we can transport you in with a snowmobile. Feel free to ask us before you book. Water in sanitary facilities and hot tub is shut off in winter.

Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Enten du vil fiske, gå tur, eller bare koble helt av i stille omgivelser – her ligger alt til rette.
