This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are true luxury. Beautiful modern house! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one WC, very big terrace with private heated pool and gardens, magnificent views to the ocean. It is situated just in 7 min walking from the famous Siam Park and a new shopping center Siam Mall. The heating of the swimming pool is 150 euros per a week.
