Enjoy your own spacious, private, tree-sheltered patio at this unique, ground level triplex unit only 2 1/2 blocks from the university. 20 minutes walk from the stadium, 5 minute drive to downtown restaurants, 10 to Walmart. Park with playset for the kids on the next block. Free and secure community laundry room. There is another unit above you; you may hear people occasionally but the floor between is engineered to minimize sound.
