NEW Cute little luxury villa, perfect for couples. Nice and very quiet location for relaxing with fantastic and unique sea and mountain view. Chania airport is 35 minutes away and Heraklion airport about an hour. Νear the Villa and at a distance of a few minutes by car, there are several villages with many activities, taverns, supermarkets, shops. The wonderful beach of Episkopi is 10 minutes by car and the city of Rethymnon 25 minutes.

Barozzi is the name of a powerful Venetian family that settled on the area since 1204 at the time of the Venetian possession. Locals had named the nearby neighborhood “Barozziana” as the biggest part of this land was owned by them. Also the beautiful Byzantine church of “Panagia” (Virgin Mary or Holly Mary) is still carrying their name as it is called “Panagia Barozzi”.
