It has a double bed and a sofa bed, minibar, stove, shower and gas immersion bathtub, and there is a barbecue and a place for a bonfire next door. From the parking lot to the cabin, there is a 50-meter climb, with an inclined Santos Dumont staircase for access to the second floor. We have a small market exclusively for guests.

The woods around the house have been fully preserved. Almost entirely, the house was built with reforestation wood, has an ecological roof, ecological septic tank and compost.
