Guest house in Tías

Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double rooms, two with double beds and the third with two single beds. Each room has its own bathroom. There is also a living room, a kitchen and an indoor Canarian courtyard. Outside, there's private parking, gardens, areas for leisure and reading, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it may seem large, the house can be adapted in a very cosy way for two people, who will feel right at home. However, bookings for special events are not accepted, and parties are not allowed. We also want to mention that we, the hosts, live on the other side of the house and share the pool terrace with our guests. Although we don't really use it, if guests are using it, we need to pass through this area to get in and out of our house. We also share the inner courtyard area, which is a transit area for us at some point during the day. It's ideal for children, as they have space to run and play, as well as a corner with beach sand. The house has satellite TV, a DVD player, and a washing machine service for stays longer than a week... Bed linen and towels are available for stays longer than one week. Far from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism, the property is located in the village of Tías. It's a very quiet place with easy access to the village centre. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, a health centre, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio, where there are usually lovely exhibitions of paintings, sculptures, etc. To enjoy the surrounding countryside, just behind the house there are a number of trails, which are part of the island's trail network, and which will give you wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transport stop less than five minutes away. From here, it's easy to visit the island. It's almost in the centre, and the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches are Puerto del Carmen, which can be reached in 10 minutes, and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes away. They are ideal beaches with golden sand. In short, we invite you to get to know us and enjoy a cosy place where the singing of birds will keep you company during your stay.
