Ancient family house, recently renovated by architects with traditional technics and natural elements as wood, iron, and local clay. The structure and basic furniture were handmade, from the stairs to the lights in the open space, made of the old doors and bee’s wax. The swimming pool was built from an old granite water tank with a view from the river just up to the sea. You will love this place due to its location, the country atmosphere so near the beach, and the uniqueness of the house.

Cottage in Peneda-Gerês.

Construction with design, in corten steel, which is born within a ruin in stone and that is part of the development Leiras do Tempo Cottages. It is located at 800 meters of altitude, on a slope of the valley river Man, in the yellow mountain range. The entire front of the room and living room is glass, with mountain and valley views, and you can enjoy a unique sunset. It is on the nature trail of the GR50. You can also make use of the restaurant O Abocanhado which is part of the development.

It was in the tranquility of Lanhelas that I found a small house, from 1937, almost in ruins, that I dedicated myself to restore. The accommodation is located close to the river Minho, an ideal place to visit the entire Alto Minho region, from Caminha and Vila Nova de Cerveira to the region of Galicia (Spain). Nearby, you will find several beaches and mountains.
