The Warren, Langholm, Dumfries and Galloway

The Warren is a ground floor apartment comprising of one bedroom, living room, bathroom kitchen with washer/tumble dryer, oven and microwave. Set in beautiful Langholm, walking distance to the shops. Opposite Buccleuch centre theatre offering entertainment and food menu. Off road parking directly outside/on street. The Warren would comfortably sleep two there is additional sleeping in the form of a sofa bed in the living room. Wi fi, hair dryer, towels , tea tray and basic toiletries provided.

Stables Cottage, Eskdalemuir - a peaceful place

Stables Cottage is a comfortable dog and child friendly home for up to 6 people, with two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed. The well-appointed kitchen can seat six, while the living room has two sofas in front of the multi-fuel stove. There is an enclosed private garden behind the cottage, with swings and a burn that runs through the woods across the courtyard. Deer, red squirrels, owls, badgers and hares live nearby, while the surrounding countryside is spectacular for walks and cycling.

Windy Hall is somewhere very special. High in the Pennines it offers one of the most magnificent views in England. You may want to stay and enjoy the peace & quiet, but we are ideally placed for trips west to the Lake District, east to the magnificent cathedral city of Durham, and north to Hadrian's Wall. It's unusual in that you have to walk the last 240 metres to the house, though we will bring up your luggage in our 4WD. But don't let this put you off; please just read our reviews!

Foulbog Shepherds Cottage

Foulbog is a charming traditional shepherds cottage set on a working hill farm in rural Dumfriesshire. In a very remote location surrounded by rolling hills, with spectacular views down the valley. Although completely remote and secluded, this cottage has been recently refurbished with a cosy homely feel and has all the modern amenities needed including unlimited WiFi, luxury shower and log burners. The perfect place to relax and unwind with only the sheep & cattle for company.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Painted pink, this beautiful bolthole can be found down your very own driveway in amongst the trees... with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en-suite), sitting room with wood burner, utility room, entranceway, kitchen and dining area. Outside, find a pergola with hot tub and dining area and an enclosed dog area with firepit!
