Newly-renovated house (54 m2) with idyllic rural location, close to the community and nice swimming areas. The house is secluded on the host's property and has its own private parking and patio. Barbecue is available to borrow and there is evening sun on the front of the house. Only 2 km to Kungshamn and 4 km to Smögen. The bus stop is 200 meters away and it is walking and cycling distance to swimming areas. You need to bring your own linens and towels. Guests are responsible for cleaning. Välkomna att bo i vår lilla stuga på berget med avskilt läge och utsikt över västerhavet. Flera badplatser inom några hundra meter. Promenadavstånd till bad, gym med innomhuspool, cafe, pizzeria, uthyrning av båtar och kajaker, elljusspår mm. En halvtimmes promenad eller en kort cykeltur till Smögen och Kungshamn. Tre cyklar finns att låna.

Centrally located between Hunnebostrand and Smögen

This property is close to nature directly adjacent to Sotenäsleden with only 500 meters to Sotekanalen and Ramsvikslandet. Nevertheless, you can easily bike to both Hunnebostrand's center (3.5 km) and to Smögen/Kungshamn (5 km). Only 100 meters from the bus stops, it also provides good opportunities to transport between the communities.
