Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

The 40 sqm WILD&COZY apartment is a modern, new apartment in the WILD&COZY vacation home with an open floor plan and the latest furnishings in a quiet location. A very warm ambience was created with a lot of love for detail. A special feature is the private parking right in front of the private entrance and the large private terrace. Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

On the small terrace you can have a quiet breakfast or spend cozy evenings.

This beautiful apartment with its loft-like character allows an almost 360-degree view over the rooftops of the Schlossberg. In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. In the middle of the old town of Halberstadt lies the "former paint factory" below the cathedral square. By March 2025, the listed house with 4 apartments had been lovingly renovated and equipped with antiques. Great care was taken to preserve all historical details and to use sustainable materials. The guest house is an absolute gem. The car can be parked in the nearby parking lot, everything is explored on foot or by tram!
